Direct Apply:
Rub on your wrists, temples, back of neck, soles of feet and behind your ears. Close your eyes and breathe the oils in deeply. Our aromatheraphy blend are non greasy and readily absorb into the skin. They are perfect size for a purse or travel for on the go application.

Use with Diffuser or burner:
From 5 to 10 drops are enough to have the benefits by diffusion. Put 5-10 drops in to the water for burner or diffuser.

Add to Skin Care / Bath:
This are pure, high-quality essential oils blend suitable for aromatherapy. Add them to an unscented cream/carrier oils (coconut oil, olive oil, sweet almond oil, avocado oil etc.) for creating your own custom aromatherapy body oil or bath oil.

mix 10 drop into epsom salt add to your bath tub for your night bath.
